How to use:

1) Download the picture and put it in the "Overlay" folder

2) Boot up Koikatsu character creator

3) In the Body Tab, click "Skin Overlays"

4) Click "Load New Texture" under "Body Overlay Texture"

5) Select the Overlay in your Overlay folder

6) Enjoy!
