Just a little blog post and a welcome to all my new supporters!! (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hey there!! There's been a large increase in FANs lately and I wanted to make this post as a little introduction to myself and to give a rundown of how we operate!!

First off, thank you so much for being here! It means the world to me that you like and appreciate my art so much. It's all I ever wanted to do in life!

My name is Backstreetgirl and it's my dream to draw for you and make friends and do this every day I can~!

I started art very recently (almost 3 years now) and have been practicing every single day I can. I've gone through a lot of hardships but I was able to stick through it thanks to you all! And not only did I survive but together we came out on top and I've been able to make this my full time job as of Jan 6th 2024!!

So it's amazing to have all this time to relax a little an practice to get better and make more pictures!

Anyways, you'll see more sappy love notes from me down the road lol

But if anyone is new, my tiers offer rewards like so

Gold: Gets a compilation of my pics from start to current in their base forms. No edits or variations or special dialogue, but if you like my work im hoping you will like this!

We do have a server at discord server 5GrR8sr4 which is NOT about MY art but is a hangout server to keep in touch with myself, members, and just friends. We have about 800 people on there and we have fun! So feel free to drop by!

So right now I'm easing into my fulltime artist status and seeing how I want to proceed!

Now that im not working 50+ hours a week at my job I have time to let my passions and ideas come out, which is where Marrin comes in!

Marrin is a concept based on myself, A spazzy idiot who's really into getting people off on what she's "created", and her daughter, Rinni, is even based on me from my own past.

I'm having a lot of fun making little concept pieces and short story ideas and I really hope you enjoy them.

Right now I'm throwing ideas and designs at the wall to see what sticks.

Sometimes Marrin is a chubby 40 year old, sometimes shes a young 20 something mom. Sometimes Rinni will be able to walk and talk and sometimes.. maybe not lol

We'll see where we land!

Anyways, I like to give you guys a little list of my workload for my months and see where we are at and where we are going, so heres my ideas for the rest of this month!

1. There was a Camera POV shot I did a while back of Chi filming Nishikata and Takagi doing some fun on her. I want to do a "Before that" pic, and a pic from Dad's POV

2. I made a picture of Chen from Touhou a long time ago but I fizzled out on the dialogue for the ATM version so I'm gonna do that

3. Another Chen pic to make it up to the people who REALLY wanted that Chen pic lol

4. A picture of Drunk Marrin and Rinni at the pool just being funny

NEXT month will be

1. Commission raffle winner

2. at least one open Commission

3. 2 more Marrin short stories (Bathtime being one of them)
