As you can tell from the title, the winner is Ayame with 33 votes and right after her losing out by just one vote is Uto with 32 votes! The unfortunate part is that there were many people who did not read the rules and just gave all their 3 votes to Uto which is against the rules so none of their votes counted, so if they had read correctly, Uto might have won this time. Third place is Chloe with 29 votes! I kinda feel bad for the other entries that keep getting asked for but due to the demographic system will never really have a good chance of winning. Well, that's why the commission tiers are a thing, that's something you can influence completely on your own.
