Fanbox no longer supports Paypal for 18+ Artists (Pixiv Fanbox)

The rug was just pulled out from under us. And I can't begin to explain how exhausted I am with this new much more aggressive wave of screwing over smut artists. Long and short of it, Paypal is no longer supported on Fanbox for nsfw artists.

-For now, this is directed at new users that have never used paypal here.

-Old users can still use Paypal and carry on like normal, but who knows for how long.

As of this moment it's a little unclear to me if that incudes my ability to payout or if that's going to start getting rejected from here on out. Regardless, it's very likely that this is a tempoary situation and that Paypal will also stop working for us eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if by next month around the 21st we get completely booted, but that's just speculative and unconfirmed.

Supposedly "Wise" might be a viable option, so I'll need to look into that, but as it stands this site, like many others, just turned it's back on the rest of the world. If they do cut ties with Paypal, who knows? maybe the people that can still use this site will get to enjoy a better version of Fanbox that dials back some of those draconian restrictions, not that I'll get to enjoy it along with them.

What happens now?

I very strongly urge everyone that is able, to start supporting me on Subscribestar. No it doesn't accept Paypal, but that's exactly why it's holding out the longest as the only safe site for adult content creators. For now at least. Hate the Newsletter and shabby poll system here? Well good news, Substar has way better options for that.

I'm so very tired of seeing our options dwindle faster and faster every day, I just want to draw and be able to survive.

Once I know more about "Wise" or other options I'll give an update. Stay safe everyone.
