I think many of you have already seen the news but here it is just in case.

I'm so fucking tired of daily news of artists and nsfw artists getting the short end of every stick from every angle. Hopefully it won't take long to get clarification on if the new Toss also applies to fictional depictions, but I think our chances aren't looking good. So what are our options?

A)I'm already looking into Subscribestar

But I need a new bank account that I can link up to it, so that's still a work in progress. Still, it's hope.

B) I abandon the Early Access Model and make Fanbox a Tip-Jar.

If Substar doesn't work out, this might be my only alternative, since the TOS only applies to Fanbox and requests, due to Visa being a royal scournful cunt, but Pixiv is safe for now. The huge danger in this is how this could lower my supporter numbers to unsustanable levels. Only reason I was able to switch to a smaller more relxed job was because Fanbox was helping balancing the scales to livable. So this option doesn't give me a lot of confidence, as it caps my ability to give value to the support plans.

C) Purge all loli, rape, incest, beast art from Early Access. But not from Pixiv.

You know, 95% of my entire career as a smut maker. This sounds extreme, but essentially I would need to cut back on my favorite things to draw to maybe one a month. The hardcore stuff would be public from the get go on pixiv and other sites like baraag or the ever unstable twitter. But the Early Access would survive and be for Giant Boobs, Furry, 18 year old Traps and giant cock Futas. Those are still great in my opinion. And this might turn out to be my most viable alternative, at the cost of not getting to draw everything I want as often as I want.

Other possible outcomes?

If the new Tos does not apply to 2D content, then we're all good, and I'm safe.

Another possibility is that the posts will just need to be further censored with only small previews on posts and leave everything in the archive as normal

...Oh wait, I ALREADY DO THAT CAUSE OF LEAKERS!

My hope is that all I need to do is make previews a lot tighter, and get rid of the tags. Subscribestar similarly turns a sort of blind eye and just lowkey ask people to just keep the stuff offsite. This could be my one hope to keep things as they are, but really all of this is up in the air, and we're still waiting to know full details.

I still wanted to make this post to let everyone know what's going on, and our options for the future. Fuck the corpo scum for chokeholding art. We have to find a way to keep the dream alive.

That's all I got for now, but let me know what you guys think.

Sorry man, it really is shit and I hope its just lip service. If you go to subscribestar I would be happy to make an account there to continue supporting you.

From what Little I've seen on the change, they Keyword to look at with the changes is "Sales" of such content, however more research would be recommended.

Dang dude, that sucks. And it sucks that this kind of stuff keeps happening on various websites. Where ever you go, I promise I’ll try to follow

I believe that would include both pixiv requests and my support plans, since it is a trade in content for support. Really everyone is just holding their breath waiting on pixiv to make it clear if this applies to everything or just real shit (which would absolutely be reasonable) Since the lines never mention fictional or depictions, it just says products or something vague like that.
