News updates and generally what the absolute fuck am I doing

After a few months of a ‘vacation’, we’ll basically moving, I am back in business on the 6th of this month. However, there are going to be a few changes.

First up: I am getting rid of voting on my Fanbox, and star subscriber rewards. This is mainly because of the host of things I will be doing in the coming months and years that aren’t just writing.

I won’t have enough time to pop out a story every month with everything going on, and even if I do, it most likely won’t be a very long one (2k words at best), and stories will get very smaey; something i don’t like personally.

The ‘stories will be made public after a month’ thing along with discounts will still be in effect. The rewards will not change much or at all. Only a few things might be added.

Second is the reason for this change: I am going to put more focus on my novel, commissions and drawings. Not to say I won’t pump out a story a month, but there will be some months I will just not have a story out and maybe have a bunch work in progress drawings, a drawing, a chapter in my novel and/or a bunch of commissions; I am living by myself now, so I am going to need a little extra income.

Speaking of, with the commission focus I will be taking at least 1-2 commissions a month with special sales: the Shortstack sale and gyaru/gal sales. I am going rather strict with those, but they are 10$ cheaper than my other sales. I’ll post more information on them when they are out, but that means I’ll most likely be having at least one commissioned story a month.

I will have regular commission sales along with theses too.

And while I am NOT taking commissions for EVER unless it’s extreme circumstances for my drawings, the reason for my increased focus on it is because I want to TRY and make a game(s)**.

The asterisks are to emphasize that there is a very high chance that the game(s) does not happen. I am not making promises that I can’t keep. Still, that is something that I am working on. Maybe it’ll happen, maybe it won’t.

Most of W.I.Ps for the game will be exclusive to Fanbox and star subscriber along with any chapters of my novel. I have a few mostly down but just haven’t put out yet.

And to throw everything I just said under the bus, set on fire and then nuke it into the sun, third of all: Because it is Granblue fantasy’s 10th anniversary this year, and Taimanin’s 20th next year, I will be doing a story a month for both of those for their respective years; so this year 12 stories for Granblue and 12 for taimanin next year.

Kind of kills the whole message I said before of me most likely not getting a story out every month, but the ‘vacation’ I took last year in those three months had me prepare most of the work for those. So there may be some months were I do get a story out but its one and it’ll be Granblue for this year. There will be a high chance that it was done a long time ago and I’ve been holding on to it for a while.

But this is only going to be for two years. After that back to normal and I probably won’t have a story every month…maybe.

….I REALLY write a lot huh….

Anyway, that’s basically it. So, more commissions, a few new projects, no more voting, more time for my novel and generally everything else.
