This might sound cliche, but rather than "I'm trash", it's better to think "next time, I'll do this part differently". The cycle of satisfaction and dissatisfaction is normal, but when you're dissatisfied, the best thing to do is focus on specific methods of improvement.

I see, that sounds reasonable. Ensuring the face is clearly visible limits the composition. It's even more complicated when you're trying to emphasize other features of the body or another character's face. I try to describe different positions every time I make a request, but sometimes it's hard to visualize.
