えっちな差分の組み合わせの全パターンをPNG形式でまとめたZIPファイルもあるぞ。

こちらは、「PC以外のスマホなどではデフォルトで扱えないファイル形式」とか、「デフォルトで解凍できない形式」ではなく、全環境に適応するようにしてある。

There's also a ZIP file with all the patterns of the R-18 variations combinations in PNG format.

This is not a "file format that cannot be handled by default on smartphones other than PCs" or "a format that cannot be unzipped by default," but is adaptable to all environments.

うちの場合は、闘病費の関係上、無茶をするわけにもいかなくてな。すまん。
