Minor Changing Plan Test (Pixiv Fanbox)

hmm, gonna do some plan change test, maybe?

- get more DYC winner for each round but might take some times to update ( just like what I did at old time )

- Idea Suggestion Sketch / Colored will be sent to the user first before release to all level
