Description:

New wip in video format and the first one where I put basic sounds and voices for the three characters.


Although my goal from the animation side is to reach the minimum minute in each post, this time the fragment of the animation update that I decided to cover was divided into two "halves". The first half is this fragment of 36 seconds (one thousand frames) and the other of 1:08 min approx (two thousand frames), I didn't have so many problems with the first 36 seconds until it was time to animate the arms and hands, This is something that, at least in my case, usually takes time because using fk bones and animating them in such a way that they follow a body with maximum precision requires patience and time.


This second half of 1 min also has more animation of arms and hands, even more than the previous 36 seconds, so I'll try not to take too long, the good thing is that I started covering this minute 3 days ago and by now I already have the Main animation of the body of 2 of the 3 models.


As I mentioned above, this wip would be the first one where I experimented with adding voices, and being a progress sample it is not as edited as I usually do in the final edition of each project, so it may be a bit rustic for now. Also these voices can be replaced if I determine it later, for now I will use these.


Now I leave you a summary of my activity in the project:

- Animation update (80% approx).

- Updated the animation of all models from frame 9950 to 11050.

- General changes were made in the script of "Yuyuko" from min 5:31 to 6:08.

- Found voice sound files for Alma, Pink and Yuyuko.

- Voice samples were applied in the wip (for the final video they can change).

- The update of the last animation loop from frame 10975 to 13205 started.


Things to do:


* Update missing old animation.

* Start the animation of the introduction to the scene.

* Continue with the work of updating the models used in this project.

* Others.

Description:

I made more edits and progress with this shared project, where although I can't share it here in my fanbox account, I am allowed to make animations with it, so I will leave here the summary of my activity:


- The ik bones system was built in the legs.

- Modified the weighting of the bones of the base body material in the lowerbody, upperbody, legR and legL.

- Added new bones to control the center of the model and another one.

- Added new morphs

- [-horns]

- The physics system for hair, body and clothing was created (112 body and 95 joints).

- Weighting problems were found in some hat bones.



For my next post about this model I will try to contact the creator to see if he allows me to add a redirecting link to the creator's post for those who would like to use this model version for mmd (the original model is for vrchat/unity).

Blender: Creation of my first original model.



Description:

It had been a while since I had any activity in blender that was not editing a model in mmd, so I decided to start a course that I had pending from a while ago regarding the creation of an anime-style model, for now I am practicing how the construction is done of the head.


I do not plan to make a specific character, since I am in the learning process, so when I have more consistent things I will make an exclusive post for this.


Observations and other things:


- Editing the model of "Goat-chan" I managed to obtain a better result in the construction of physics of the chest that I will surely apply in future models.

- Editing the "Goat-chan" model, I experimented making and modifying the weighting process in blender, even so it is something that I have to continue improving.

- In the anime style modeling practice, it gave me a general idea and points to take into account when making the mesh.

- While looking for sound files I managed to find more sound files that I can use in other projects such as voices and various effects.
