Does Fanbox accept uncensored art for FANs? Since this is a Japanese website

I think the best way will be to ask Pixiv support, if Pixiv guidelines are fully applied to Fanbox or you can ignore censorship for fans.

Inside fanbox? No. Again, Inside fanbox, no. so sadly, INSIDE fanbox, you can't post them, but fanbox only controls fanbox, so it's rules applies to fanbox.
