You should run both Patreon and Gumroad, Patreon for new release, gumroad for old reward. And as long as the previews you post on pixiv is censored is ok then the uncensored version on patreon or gumroad will not be affected by the laws

Patreon is for people who want to support you monthly.Gumroad is for people who want to buy your old works. This is for more income. Some artists even selling their works on Booth too

The current price is ok, you can maybe create a new tier with higher price for uncensored variations and even more tier for progressed PSD as well. I will highly support you for that.
