メリットとしてはやはり体制強化によるサービスや機能の充実が挙げられると思いますが、デメリットとして怖い部分はやはり企業としてのサービスを掲げる以上、いくつかのリスクヘッジのための規約や規制などが注目ポイントになるかと感じています。

Skebは元々グレーゾーンである二次創作での依頼が発生するところがあるため、一部にとってはこの部分で影響が出るのだろうと戦々恐々なのかなと推測中。ただ、その部分含め自由度が高くクリエイター側にとっては考えられていたシステムのため、そこがやりにくいと感じられてしまうように改変された場合、後発のサービスに乗り換えが発生していくこともあるのかもしれません。
