落書きとNetflixと悩み事① (Pixiv Fanbox)

昨日の着物絵の正装してるバージョンも描きたかったのでサクッと落書き。

それと、落書きとは全く関係ないですが、作業中に見たここ最近で一番心に刺さった映像作品について書きたかったので、作品紹介したいです。

Netflix独占配信の「ブラック・ミラー　シーズン1：1500万メリット」を見た方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか。

「ブラック・ミラー」は一話完結型のフィクションドラマ作品です。

近未来社会で起こりえるifの事件と後味の悪いオチ（メリバに近い）話が多く、「シーズン1：1500万メリット」も考えさせられることが多い話でした。

概要を公式からそのまま引用すると、以下になります。

「極度の管理社会で暮らす人々の唯一の脱出手段はオーディション番組に出演しスターになること。しかし優勝者には予期せぬ残酷な状況が待っていた。」

以下、ネタバレになります。

管理社会で暮らす人々はみんな低俗なバラエティやエロ動画をモニターで見ながらスクーターを回していました。

スクーターが作る電力は管理施設の動力源になっています。

スクーターを回せば回すほど、映像作品を消費すればするほどチップが増え、そのチップを使って人工飯を買ったり、自分のアバターを着飾ったりすることができました。そして、1500万貯めると、オーディションに出演する権利が与えられました。

主人公の男性は、低俗なコンテンツにうんざりしていましたが、同じ施設で暮らしている歌の上手い女性に惹かれ、初めての本物に出会いました。

彼女に融資してオーディションに出演させましたが、彼女の歌は評価されたものの、歌手自体が人材過多という理由で審査員と観客は彼女を歌手としてではなく、AV女優として消費したいと思っていました。

そしてそれを拒否すれば、今までのスクーターを回す暮らしに逆戻りと言われました。

結局彼女はAV女優として生きることを選びました。

融資した主人公の男性は初恋の彼女が出演しているAV作品を見て絶望しました。

主人公の男性は本物の人材が低俗なものとして消費される現実は間違っていると思ったので、オーディションにエンターテイナーという体で出演し、自殺を覚悟でそのことを審査員と大衆に向かって訴えました。

審査員は主人公の発言とパフォーマンスについて、「人に強いメッセージを伝える力がある」というように評価をし、主人公専用のトーク番組を作らないかという提案をしました。

主人公は結局、その提案を飲むことにしました。

現実は何も変わらず、主人公も大衆に消費されるコンテンツになることを選んだのです。

ここまでが作品のあらすじです。

設定は近未来フィクションですが、全く遠い次元の話ではなく、じわじわと胸糞な気持ちになると同時にこれが現実なんだよなぁという感情になりました。

自分が本物と信じるものがあっても、結局大衆の関心は低俗なコンテンツとエロに集中して、お金もそこに集まっていくのでしょう。

上記の作品を見た上で、まさに、今自分が直面している悩みについて少し語りますと、

I wanted to draw a version of yesterday's kimono painting in formal wear, so I did a quick doodle.

And although it's not related to doodling at all, I wanted to write about the most recent video work I've seen while working on it that really stuck with me, so I'd like to introduce the work.

Have any of you seen the Netflix exclusive "Black Mirror Season 1: 15 Million Merits"?

Black Mirror is a one-shot fictional drama.

It's a fictional drama with a story about a case that could happen in the futuristic society and an aftertaste (similar to Meriva).

The official summary is as follows.

The only way out for people living in an extremely controlled society is to appear on an audition show and become a star. But for the winner, an unexpectedly cruel situation awaits."

The following is a spoiler.

All the people living in the controlled society were spinning their scooters while watching vulgar variety and pornographic videos on their monitors.

The power produced by the scooters is used to power the administrative facilities.

The more you spun the scooter, the more you consumed the video productions, the more chips you got, which you could use to buy artificial food and dress your avatar. And once you saved up 15 million, you were given the right to appear in auditions.

Our male protagonist was fed up with the vulgar content, but was attracted to a woman who lived in the same facility and could sing well, his first real encounter.

He financed her and had her perform in an audition, but although her singing was appreciated, the judges and audience wanted to consume her not as a singer but as a porn star because the singers themselves were overstaffed.

And if she refused to do so, she was told she would go back to her old life of turning scooters.

In the end, she chose to live as a porn star.

The main character, a man who financed her, was in despair when he saw the adult film in which his first love was starring.

He felt that the reality of real talent being consumed as vulgarity was wrong, so he appeared in the audition as an entertainer and appealed to the judges and the public about it, ready to commit suicide.

The judges gave the protagonist high marks for his comments and performance, saying that he had the power to convey a strong message to people, and suggested that he create a talk show exclusively for him.

The protagonist eventually decides to accept the proposal.

Nothing has changed in reality, and the protagonist has chosen to become content for the masses to consume.

This is the synopsis of the story.

Although the setting is a near-future fiction, it is not a distant dimension at all, and it slowly made me feel disgusted and at the same time I felt that this is the reality.

Even if there is something that I believe to be real, in the end, the public's attention will be focused on vulgar contents and eroticism, and that is where the money will come from.

I'd like to talk a little bit about the problems I'm facing right now after seeing the above works.
