Difficulties and Bullshit in Life (Pixiv Fanbox)

Neighboring house caught on fire yesterday and now someone broke into my house today. It's been a pretty bullshit 2 days. As for the actual difficulties, I'm having a very hard time figuring out how to animate Zone-tan's sweater. That band that drapes around her shoulder and across the chest... like how does it work? I need like reference videos for off the shoulder sweater dresses but I can't find any good ones.
