マイとふたなり未来マイ (Mai x Futanari Future Mai) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Here is last month's sketch poll winner from Patreon! Mai from the original Dragon Ball won the poll, and it was voted for her to ride a futanari future Mai (from Dragon Ball Super) reverse cowgirl style! My first selfcest pic ever I think, they definitely make a cuter couple than I even imagined~ <3 I've included some supporter exclusive variants, including a version of original Mai without any makeup, as seen in the part where Goku turns into a great ape and destroys Pilaf's castle. And since the main version is based on her look in the anime, I added a version closer to what she looks like in the original manga (which looks like future Mai, of course)!
