(temp notice) Sparkle - fixed (Pixiv Fanbox)

I found some unstable texture flashing in sparkle anim mod. (especially set3)

So i fixed ini files to make it more stable.

I don't know why this happens in technical way. but I fixed this successfully.

fixed mods : sparkle set3, sparkle all in one.
