Pixiv規約改定にあたり一部作品を削除＋プラン内容変更について (Pixiv Fanbox)

●Pixiv規約改定について

先日からtwiterでも話題になっていますが、

このたび、Pixiv規約改定により、

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断など公序良俗に反する行為

が、BoothおよびFANBOXで禁止されることが確定となりました。

●規約26-5号“修正のない性器の露骨な描写や結合部分の具体的描写等がある商品”　への対応

Pixivは近年非常に修正に厳しく、特段今のところ非公開化や警告等は受けていませんが、今後修正不足やケモショタであれば「児童ポルノ」や、

TFやケモホモ関係ですと上記の「同意の無い性的行為」に抵触する可能性があります。

（動物とか魔物に犯されて同化は「獣姦」になるのでしょうか？

　また、ケモショタなどの幼く見えるキャラに関しては自分の好きな絵なので、ちょっと今後どうするかは、考えます）

そのため、規約を守るため修正が薄い・抜けている可能性が高い過去の作品、

2021年よりも前の作品に関しては、今月末にて削除させて頂こうと考えています。

非公開ではなく、削除である理由としてはFANBOXのUI上一括で作品を選んで非公開化することができず、作品管理画面ですと一つずつ削除するのが一番工数が少ないためになります。

怠慢といわれるかもしれませんが、現状４００近いコンテンツが有るため、お許し頂けると幸いです。

また、BOOTHで現在販売している同人誌データについても2021年以前の同人誌に関しては、一度販売を停止します。

性器の修正を今の規約に則った形にした上で、再販および一部作品に関しては英語翻訳の追加を予定しておりますので、お待ちいただけますと幸いです。

●プランの変更に関して

上記対応に伴い、現行のプランに関しても一部改定致します。

具体的には「公開期間の変更」が主なものになります。

・５００円プラン

　過去１年分→過去３ヶ月分

・１０００円プラン

　全期間→過去１年分

・２０００円プラン

　こちらは変更がありません

以上のような形になると思います。

期間の変更だけだとご支援頂いている方々に負担と思いますので、

何かしら追加できたらなとは考えていますが、現状は未定です。

それか、Subscribestarに移行するか…

実際Subscribestarってどうなんでしょう、一部移動している方もいますし考えるのとしては有りなのかなと。

Pixiv Terms of Use Revision

As has been discussed on twiter since the other day

We are pleased to announce that the Pixiv Terms of Use have been revised.

Child pornography or child abuse

Incest

Bestiality

Rape (sexual acts without consent)

Offensive acts against public order and morals, such as unlawful mutilation of the person or the body.

are now confirmed to be banned in Booth and Fanbox.

Response to the rule No. 26-5: "Products with explicit depictions of genitalia or specific depictions of the bondage area that have not been corrected.

Pixiv has been very strict about modifications in recent years, and although we have not yet received any warnings or requests to make the site private, we will be issuing a "Child Pornography" warning if there are insufficient modifications or if the work is Kemo-shota.

However, in the future, if there is a lack of modification or if it is chemo-shota or chemo-homo related, there is a possibility of violating the above-mentioned "sexual acts without consent".

(Would being raped and assimilated by an animal or demon be "bestiality"?

　Also, as for characters that look young, such as Kemo-shota, it is my favorite art, so I am a bit concerned about what to do in the future).

Therefore, I would like to ask you to please consider the following: past works that are likely to be thinly modified or missing in order to comply with the terms and conditions, and works that were created before 2021.

(I am considering what to do with the works before 2021, as they are my favorite works.

The reason for deleting these works is that the FANBOX UI does not allow us to select all works at once and make them private, and deleting them one by one on the work management screen is the least time-consuming way to do so.

This may be called negligence, but since there are currently nearly 400 contents, we would appreciate it if you could forgive us.

We will also stop selling the doujinshi data currently available on BOOTH for doujinshi published before 2021.

We are planning to re-release them and add English translations to some of the titles, so we hope you will be patient.

Regarding changes in plans In accordance with the above measures, we will make some changes to the current plans.

Specifically, the main changes are as follows

500 yen plan

　Past 1 year → Past 3 months

1000 yen plan

　All periods→Past 1 year

2000 yen plan

　No change here.

This will be the same as above.

We think it would be a burden on our supporters if we only change the time period, so We would like to add something to the plan, but we are undecided at this time.

Or we could move to Subscribestar...

I'm not sure about Subscribestar, but some people are moving to Subscribestar, and I wonder if it is something to consider.
