Been having way too much fun with these coloured sketches. They enable me to get some of my sillier ideas out in a timely manner.

21: "Hey Shenron, I got your balls so grant my wish. I wanna feast on the most delicious body parts of the most desirable girl fighters on Earth in their most appealing phases."
Shenron: "Bitch that's two wishes."
 21: "Yo you wanna be the world's longest gummy worm?"
Shenron: "...Four fine bound and gagged MILFs - past, present and future - coming right up."

(This is only my 4th favourite Bulma outfit, but I don't have decent assets for the others.)

So the reason Gine's not included here is either because I don't think 21 would know who she is, or because a wish like this would likely focus on Earth fighters, Gine having never been to Earth (and even if she wished for girl fighters from the whole universe, Fasha would've been a more likely candidate).
