244 - Jazzy (Patreon)

Another from my recent shoot with Jazzy in Brisbane using a camera on a boom stand directly over the bed. I was shooting wirelessly tethered to an Android tablet. While this obviously had the advantage of being able to put the camera anywhere I did find the response time very slow and it's hard to get in sync with a model when it's click...wait... flash...wait... download ...wait preview for a split second trying to see what you got. The turnaround for each is annoyingly slow. But with my lack of mobility, I need to explore other options to shoot from places I have no hope of getting to anymore. 

PHOTOGRAPHERS SECTION

As mentioned the preview of each shot comes up for a very short time and it took me a while that the orange gelled light I had moved to the side was casting a shadow from the boom stand. This shadow was in so many of my fav shots that I now have to remove it in Photoshop using a combination of the Patch tool and Frequency Separation. The vertical strip pattern on the sheet made it more fun. I wanted to get looking ok without spending too much time on it.
