Setup (Patreon)

Sitting at airport after a crazy weekend at Supanova. My flight isn't for 4 hours but we had to check out at 10 and it's too difficult for me to wander the streets with the roommates so I just headed to the airport. Used the Uber Assist feature which was excellent, knew the driver would get out out and help and have the boot space for the giant camera bag and walker. Driver was really cool his daughter is in a wheelchair so we talked about that, he also grabbed a couple of my business cards to show her. Saturday to get to venue we got an Uber, standing on the empty curd outside the hotel the drive pulls up in the middle of the road and doesn't get out!! Luckily I was traveling with the cosplay ambassadors so they were awesome.

This photo was taken Friday afternoon after setup. I was next to Singer Sewing, Quirky Stylin and Lumins but felt a bit detached from cosplay HQ as they were behind the wall. Hopefully in Gold Coast they will flip the wall around so I can be more apart of HQ.

The backdrop roll we used this time was a lot lighter grey than normal so was interesting to work with. It's now been packed up and shipped to Gold Coast so let's see how dented it gets in transit.
