This is a result of thinking up of different poses for Schooly, thinking about what the boss of HappyMart should look like, and watching clips of Tom and Jerry while doing all these things...

The HappyMart big cheese is more or less a parody or a unique take on the nameless, faceless drones called managers where they are quite often very pompous and wear superficiality like a suit of armor...thus the bag on their head.  Wooooooo tangent haha...
