I work out 5-7 days per week, for 1-1.5 hours. I alternate between days of cardio/ tabata/ kettlebell and abs/yoga/calisthenics/isometrics. This is me in my most raw form: no makeup, pushing my own physical comfort zone, and raising my endorphins. 






It feels so good once I finish a workout, and seeing my results is somewhat of an addiction. I eat plenty every day, mostly fruit, veggies, and non-fried meat or proteins of some kind. Yeah I have a piece of candy here or there... but try to stay away from most refined sugars and simple carbs. 

I hate gyms, so I work out on living room floors and wherever i can while traveling. If I shoot more than 6 hours in a day I generally do not try to work out. Modeling is like Yoga or Pilates in a way. 

So I have a set of selfies to share with all my sponsors who pledge at least $5! This features me in my post workout-glory, and wearing see-through stretch pants *gasp* 

PS I had an awesome BDAY yesterday!!! I hiked with my dad, and, and BF and went to see my favorite local rock Band, Ten Miles Wide.  Today I am getting  pedicure with my mom!
