I finally got a see through white shirt and some new side-stripe shorts! I felt like these would pair up nicely in a selfie set, and what more of a fantasy than to see me stripping out of this hott fit in a bed?

***Prioritizing human connection***

Thank you for choosing to let your eyes rest on my photos and videos :) and if you are going as far as to even read my thoughts, thank you monumentally! I am sending giant loving hugs over the interweb to you right now :)

Sometimes.... ok almost always... I have a running "schedule of things to do" with time stamps that I keep throughout the day almost every day. There was a LOOONNNGG period of time where I protected this mantra of "productivity via time managament" so much that I would become anxious if any unscripted activity changed my expectation for the day.

A conversation that lasted 45 minutes instead of 5, a train crossing on the tracks and causing traffic, even an invitation to go to the beach last minute... things like that would challenge my serenity because I would "lose control" of my "plan" for the day.

Now I have learned to practice more active awareness. Listening to a friend or loved one laying their heart on the floor is something I now value as a moment of genuine connection. These moments of genuine connection are seldom documented, but always remembered. I have learned to re-route my "expectation of what I should be doing" to learn how to set boundaries when needed but also to make space for spontaneity!

I hope you can resonate with what I mean in some way :)

Thanks for reading!!!

Peace and Love,

*Kristy

Kristy that's so wise. Indeed we all live in a fast moving world. Sometimes we run ourselves right past. We should stop every now and then stand still to things such as quality in stead of quantity. xo
