***Family Pain***

I am only sharing this with you because I know those of you who will read it do care about what's going on with me inside... and the last few days have been kinda emotionally tough. I have a bad habit of imagining the pain someone I love must be going through, and inflicting that pain onto myself. Forcing myself to feel agony and making it worse by letting my. imagination intensify it. 

I was doing this to myself because of my perception of the rift between my sister and my dad. My dad is really upset that she won't speak to him, he wants to have a relationship with her and her two daughters. Unfortunately they don't see eye to eye on the divorce my sister had, and as a result she has estranged herself from him. 

This situation is really affecting me because I am staying at both of their houses this week. I am couch surfing in my hometown to visit family. I feel like I am in the middle of the situation and so I feel like I have a responsibility to be a mediator... or a hero.... it sucks. I am trying but I can't force love to happen. I can only open the conversation. It's very painful.
