One of my last days in this bed. I must say, I just feel like I need to express things I am generally not comfortable expressing with the outside world. I am at an apex of sorts. This bed with these sheets were shared between myself and my past lover of all those years. Now I have cut ties and there are exposed nerves left - firing into the air and sparking off jolts of electricity into nothingness. That's a metaphor for my feelings being single now... My habit pattern tells me I should be focusing that energy on "someone" but my sage brain is telling me "get through it, free yourself". 

I know these feelings are just a phase, I need to conquer my hormones and past patterns, not give in to the temptation to "rebound" like I used to always do.
