I have survived my 6th Christmas without a drink or a drug... WHOO!!!! And let me tell you, seriously, the immense pain of getting laser tattoo removal on my rib cage seriously had me begging for oblivion... honestly if there was a substance within reach I certainly would have ingested it... and that really REALLY scared me!

I have several more laser sessions coming up... I am really scared about how to manage the pain without drugs. Your support does help, I know that my life depends on my ability to keep my head above water and I am "ratting myself out" publicly about my inside feelings so that they don't have the chance to fester into a relapse. 

It has snowed at my place about 4 inches, the most beautiful white Christmas I can remember since I was a little girl!!

I am lucky enough to have a strong family who likes to spend time during the holidays, but I know not many out there have this luxury. I am truly grateful, and I also reach out with love and positive vibes to those out there who were not surrounded by their loved ones! Now that I have reached my goal, I have been actively hunting my options for studio space with more full access... with the locations I am finding, I am starting to wonder if I should BUY a place.... and pay mortgage instead of renting? It would be a space for creativity, not to live... any one out there have experience with this sort of studio/loft purchase thing? I am in the market!
