【支援者様向け】 過去作品の削除に関するお知らせとご質問 【For Supporters】 Notice and Questions about Deletion of Past Works (Patreon)

文章をまとめるのが下手で、長くて申し訳ないのですが、最後まで読んで頂けると幸いです。

継続して支援してくださっている方にメリットがあるようにしたいので

2ヶ月以上前に投稿した有料作品の削除を考えています。（無料の作品は残します。）

現状だと、いつご支援頂いても全ての投稿を閲覧できるようになっているため

長期間支援してくださっている方と、新規で支援してくださった方で閲覧可能な内容が同じになってしまっています。

そこで、2ヶ月以上前の作品を削除し新規でご支援頂いた方との差を設けようと思っています。

ただ、単純に削除してしまうと、新規の方で過去の作品を見たい方がいた時に見れないので

削除した作品は月ごとにまとめてBoothへ移動させ、Patreonの月額よりも少しだけ割高で、別途購入すれば見れるようにしようと思っています。

（例）

　①2/1になったら、11/30以前の作品を削除する。11/1～30のまとめをBoothへ移動させる。

　②2/15になったら、12/14以前の作品を削除する。

　③3/1になったら、12/31以前の作品を削除する。12/1～31のまとめをBoothへ移動させる。

削除するタイミングは毎日だと大変なので、1週間毎くらいにしようかと考えています。

つまり、今後新規で加入した方は、加入した日から2ヶ月分+αの投稿作品を閲覧可能になるという形です。

1ヶ月毎に削除するのが一番皆様にメリットがあるのですが、投稿数があまりにも減ってしまうのは寂しいので2ヶ月分は残そうと考えています。

ただ、この変更には少し懸念点がありまして、現在支援してくださっている皆様の中には

・お試しで加入して、投稿されているイラストの雰囲気を見てから、支援を継続するかどうかの判断をしてくださった方

・支援する前に現在の投稿件数が見えるため、たくさん投稿されているから支援しよう！と思ってくださった方

・投稿済みの作品はそこまで気にしておらず、シンプルに私のイラストが見たいから支援を決めてくださった方

雰囲気を重視した方、数を重視した方、好みを重視した方など、たくさんの理由があると思います。

投稿作品が多いことは、支援する側にとって大切な判断材料だと感じています。

そのため、イラストを削除することには少し抵抗もあります。

そこで今ご支援していただいている皆様に、私を支援しようと思ってくださった決め手や、継続しようと思ってくださった理由をお聞きしたいなと思っています。

上記のような理由でも、その他の理由でもなんでも構いません。

コメントは皆様にも見えますので、恥ずかしい方は直接メッセージを送ってくださっても構いません。

それらを参考にして作品の削除方針をどうするか考えたいと思っています。よろしければご協力お願い致します。

We want to make sure that our continued support is beneficial to you.

We are considering deleting paid works submitted more than 2 months ago. (We will keep the free pieces.)

Currently, all of the submissions can be viewed no matter when you support us, so the contents available to long-time supporters and new supporters are the same.

Therefore, we are thinking of deleting works older than two months to differentiate between new supporters and those who have supported us for two months or more.

However, if we simply delete the works, new supporters who want to see the past works will not be able to do so.

We are planning to move the deleted works to Booth on a monthly basis, and make it possible to view them by purchasing them separately at a slightly higher price than the Patreon monthly fee.

(Example.)

　(1) When it reaches 2/1, delete the works before 11/30, and move the summary of 11/1-30 to Booth.

　(2) When it reaches 2/15, delete the works before 12/14

　(3) When it reaches 3/1, delete the works before 12/31, and move the summary of 12/1-31 to Booth.

The timing of deletion would be difficult if it were every day, so we are thinking of making it every week or so.

In other words, from now on, new subscribers will be able to view 2 months +/- of submissions from the day they join.

Although it would be most beneficial to everyone to delete every month, we are thinking of leaving 2 months worth of submissions because it would be sad to see the number of submissions decrease so much.

However, we have a few concerns about this change.

・Those who have decided whether to continue to support us or not after joining us on a trial basis and seeing the atmosphere of the submitted illustrations.

・Those who decided to support us because they could see the current number of submissions before they decided to support us because there are a lot of submissions! 

・Those who decided to support because they simply want to see my illustrations.

I am sure that there are many reasons for your current support, some of them are based on atmosphere, some of them are based on number, some of them are based on preference, and so on.

I feel that the large number of works submitted is an important factor in the decision to support us.

For this reason, I am also a little reluctant to remove illustrations.

So I would like to ask those of you who are currently supporting me what made you decide to support me and why you decided to continue.

It can be for any of the above reasons or any other reason.
