Did you know cuddle therapy is a thing? Just having that physical closeness to someone can do a lot for you. I felt Beth was perfect for this with all she's been going through in the story; between her own sexual insecurities and recent encounter with Audrey. This little moment just seemed perfect for how she'd be feeling at the moment.
