Here's a ref sheet for a brand new character owned by KibaDrakenRaptor. He was a lot of fun to draw. The headwings were a first for me. I had originally intended to do this as flat cel but being a dark character, this just wouldn not have done justice so I did some basic shading. Check out the attached unclothed version too!
