Pretty funny! Adam Warren did that with "Empowered", not so much on the bust. But his character had a form fitting supersuit that covered every inch of her body. She had to live on a strict diet, not dessert, not once... And while mercifully it 'smoothed' over obvious folds, so no cameltoe or 'tracer butt' any clothes underneath showed up. And hair. Pubic hair became steel wool, lace undies some bizzare art project.
