Snow day! (Patreon)

Today was a little bit of a roller coaster. I woke up to 10” of snow and felt like it was the perfect time to bring out the Anastasia costume Jobie gifted me — and then everything went wrong!

I couldn’t get the car out of the garage thanks to all the snow, and when I tried to walk to the park to shoot, none of the sidewalks were shoveled and I was sure the costume would be soaked by the time I arrived. Thankfully after sitting on the couch and feeling sorry for myself for a bit, the snow had melted enough that I was able to shovel my way out of the driveway. But when I arrived at the park, it was too cold for my remote trigger to work! Josh ended up saving my life by sacrificing his precious writing time to come shoot photos for me.
