A notice regarding the popularity vote (Patreon)

The reason for uploading this notice is... well, it's not a big reason. I recently spoke with a supporter about posting personal opinions in comments on voting posts, and I asked him to refrain from doing so. Fortunately, he accepted my request not to comment again, but he expressed some regrets, so I will try to respond to them. This notice is not intended to criticize him, but rather to share my opinion in case there are many people who have similar thoughts.

'Only specific characters are always created. The range of series being created is not wide, and subscribers only see the characters they have always seen...'

To be honest, I don't mean to deny it. It is true that there is a high dependence on some series or specific characters. Because I am also a human being, there are series and characters that I prefer, and since there are many people who have subscribed after seeing those illustrations, I also want to live up to their expectations.

However, as you all know, I upload new main characters every day using my drawing style, and there are many unfamiliar series among them. This is to avoid falling into mannerism as much as possible. If I had no motivation for new challenges, I would only upload Sailor Moon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh characters or Lucy Heartfilia, Yor Briar, etc. every day. However, I still have the will to produce various series, so I have continued to take on the challenge.

NIKKE, Digimon, Inuyasha, FATE, Princess Connect, BLEACH, Persona, Attack on Titan, One Punch Man, Rent-A-Girlfriend, Precure, To Love-Ru, Kaguya-sama, OSHI NO KO, Demon Slayer, Konosuba, Re:zero etc.

I am also practicing new drawing styles such as animation style and manga style, and there are many recently added concepts such as naked selfie, dogeza, lactation, incoming kiss, etc. Personally, I feel sad when I hear people point out that I only create illustrations that I always create without a spirit of challenge. Of course, it will be my duty to do my best to avoid hearing such things.

To break down those mannerisms, I wanted to figure out what characters people mainly like. Popularity voting events are also part of this. This is an effort to hear your opinions. Of course, this event also has limitations. Because I am the one who selects the candidates. I can't register characters I don't know anything about. So next time, before I hold the second event, I plan to collect your opinions through your comments.

So voting must be conducted fairly. I really want to know what characters people like. This event is meaningful not only for the winning character. Because I can figure out the preferences of the characters based on how many votes they got.

Therefore, I put ‘fairness’ as the principle. I am doing my best to ensure that there is never a situation where someone tries to encourage someone to choose a specific character through a comment, or that I, as the voting moderator, interfere with the voting. I would really appreciate it if you could understand and cooperate with my efforts, will, and purpose.

I understand how sad it feels when your favorite character gets voted down. Honestly, I've already experienced this a few times. I also have my favorite characters from each series. But I also know that the moment I intervene, this event will become meaningless. So I’m holding on tight. I have never cast a single vote until now.

The same goes for situations where people other than me are involved. 'If one person's will has an influence beyond one vote, voting is meaningless.' I think everyone will understand. 

If there is a character you would like to see personally, I have prepared a means called the Commission Plan and Super Commission Plan. Please use those functions. Since I already have over 500 subscribers, it is difficult to accommodate all of their requests. I'm really sorry.

I wrote this without any hesitation, so the words got longer. I'm sorry. To summarize what I want to say, this is this.

'I'm trying not to fall into mannerism, and character popularity voting is one of those efforts, and I hope you'll cooperate so that this event can be conducted fairly.'
