You may have seen the first pose of this set and asked yourself "hey, if the Matriarch is using both of her arms, which are also her wings, to put Arysia in a guillotine choke in midair- how is she still flying?" Well, dear viewer, there is a very simple answer to that. She isn't.

The harpy lifted her prey up into the air and folded her back violently in a brutal chokehold- but that wasn't the primary purpose of her attack. The pair fell back towards the earth, pivoting in the air as the Matriarch maneuvered them so they would land Arysia-side down. Arysia face side down, specifically. Both of their weight crushed Ary's skull into the dirt in a crash that immediately knocked her unconscious.

The cruel bird released her hold, and let the elf's limp limbs flop to the ground. Still, she wasted no time. She maneuvered around atop her victim to pin both of Ary's arms with her legs before lifting up on Ary's heel, pulling her captive into a spine-busting sort of half crab. The pain awoke Arysia from her unconscious state quickly, as she realized the incredible amount of trouble she was in.
