I made this video for show a really quick method for get a extra tabletop level if you have to paint models with a lot of metal.

You have to take advantage of the quickness of dry brush, then add a cool element as an OSL and at the end set into a simple but effective base.

Here the steps:

1. Prime black

2. Dry brush a dark metal (better for OSL later)

3. Do the OSL

4. Set into a base with the complementary color of the OSL

All the process take around 25 min. But if you paint x10 models at the same time, im sure that can be 15 min per model.

Hice este video para mostrar un método muy rápido para obtener un nivel extra de tabletop, sobretodo si tienes que pintar modelos con mucho metal.

Hay aprovechar la rapidez del pincel seco, a continuación, añadir un elemento llamativo como OSL, para al final poner en una base sencilla pero eficaz.


Aquí los pasos:

Looks great, as always. Did you use oil or acrylic for the white recess lines?

Wonderful tutorial, will try it this week! One question: I'm struggling to understand where the blue ink goes, is it the entire model apart from the green osl?
