Hey guys, I recently got a lot of comments and dms about viruses. I just recently bought the pc, and I scan it every day, as well as scanning the rar before and after posting it. I never encountered a detection from my anti-malware programs. I think the 'detection' might be due to you guys downloading a ~50mb rar thats been recently uploaded to internet. As rars usually carry more viruses than zips, im not surprised that sometimes anti-malware programs give a false positive response to the rar. Either way there are only images in the rars so there is nearly no way for them to carry a virus, hell a trojan

A weird issue indeed, but it can rally be what you're describing about being rars that cause issues for being files that were recently uploaded in Patreon. I don't know if Patreon's uploading system does something to them, but for example, the wholesome Enterprise pack, and the Kama pack were giving me false positives the other day, and then I downloaded them again today, and they downloaded without issues. So who knows what it can be.

I always open it with 7zip and never receive any reminders.

MalwareBytes Premium doesn't complain. I guess it could be related to being password protected? Anyone who got the issue, try uploading the rar to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload and check on it since it scans in multiple AVs at same time so can give you a better idea.
