NOTE: I have not done a really wholesome, best friend type audio in a while and I miss making them! This one is veryyyy personal to me, almost everything in it is true of my ex best friend / ex (the nice ex lol). We started dating the summer after high school and kind of ruined our friendship :( He called me a couple years ago out of the blue, but I was in a hard place emotionally due to other things going on in my life - by the time I felt better enough to call him back, it felt too late. This is a little audio I wrote of what I WISH and hope could happen now, to heal our friendship again one day. I know it's sorta specific, but I just needed to write it. I hope anyone else finds it comforting, and at the very least, it might make a good sleep aid! :)

To set the scene:  You are back in your home town the summer after graduating college. You are staying at your parent's house for a little while. You decided to reach out to your old best friend and ex girlfriend after almost 4 years (you were best friends since 3rd grade but kind of ruined your friendship by trying to date the summer after 12th grade). You had called her two years ago but never heard back. You are hoping to reconnect as friends, and maybe find out why she never called you back.
