Previous animation (Twilight and Chrysalis) is fully completed, it's almost two minutes long! But visualization is very slow. Three scenes were rendered in five days (in this animation 15 scenes + 5 alternative scenes). I have reduced rendering quality as much as possible (without noticeable artifacts on image), but rendering is still very slow. I'm already working on a new animation (pool wips attached in this post) while  previous  animation is still in rendering. Will you be willing to wait big animations, or should I focus on images and short loop-animations while I'm not at home yet?  (Small animations require much less time for rendering.)

And one more detail, my Internet connection is very poor. Soon I will switch to a new Internet operator.

it all looks spectacular!!! im never one to choose what i prefer. i kinda leave it up to the artist. it might be easier to do simpler stuff with a poorer internet connection. its all up to you though. :) your work is VERY VERY much worth waiting for

IMO, i think you should do what is easiest for you currently until you are better situated. i think a lot will agree with me when i say that we'll enjoy what ever you throw at us, whether its long/short animations, or image sets. i personally wouldn't mind the wait for longer animations because seeing what you are capable of doing in shorter animations (1-2 min.) makes me curious to what you could do if they were longer (2+ min.). don't know if my answer really helped, but a least it should kinda give you an idea of what i'm trying to say.

I think we'd all be happy to wait for the payout of a longer animation, but if you feel more comfortable doing shorter loops that's fine too

Personally i'd prefer the longer animations, so i'm okay with waiting. Look how long i've waited for my animation request and i'm still okay with waiting longer. But that ultimately should be your choice. You might have an idea for a great short loop animation that you want to do, in which case you should do it (and we'll love seeing it). And if it's not being too nosey (and without being too specific), where are you stranded/quarantined so far from home? And is there any sign you might get to head back home soon?

I like the full and completeness of a full length animation, but from time to time it would be fun to have smaller projects mixed in, especially if they are to test a new model or technique, but ultimately it is up to you, anything you make is fine by me.

I'd say focus on the larger animations, most people would be willing to wait for something really good they'd have trouble finding elsewhere.

Willing to wait for the larger ones. Short loops are a dime a dozen. ;)

Good things are fine to wait for. :)

I don't mind waiting for a bigger animation. You really excel at those~

pinkiepierocks

i'd be willing to wait for a longer animation

I'm ok with waiting for a long animation. It's been a while since we don't have one of those. But if making loop animations is more suitable for you in this situation then you should focus on those instead :)
