Mini-update II (Patreon)

Greetings, alas I carry ill omens. I'm still afflicted by sickness. This virus has proven far more persistent and vexing than anticipated. I wish I could just strangle the virus and be done with it, but until I awaken those powers, I can only curse my body.

On the plus side, I gained new inspiration on how to describe being delirious. I'm over the worst of it now, though still not quite well. I've been writing, but fighting against my body makes everything take thrice as long.

I don't want to rush the chapter out just to get it done. I'll likely finish it tomorrow, and then catch up with the schedule this week or, at worst, the next.
