summer heights high.... now that's a name i've not heard in a long time... I'm just gonna split this up into stages FEEL SPECIAL: ok before anything else 1. this is my favourite twice song and 2. some editing nonsense: forgetting his bad attitude, shuaibo wasn't actually talking about woongki in that one clip, he was complaining about how mnet didn't give them any support re language barriers. honestly tho I don't think of the other three on feel special were willing to push through their lack of confidence. you compare it to mingyu and doha who objectively aren't as skilled either (and haven't actually had much idol training) but put in the work, played to their strengths and gave great performances. NOT SPRING LOVE OR CHERRY BLOSSOMS: THE APPRECIATION YOU LOVE TO SEE IT it's just so wholesome and bright and they brought a lot of charisma as well as ability imo. Ichan has a gorgeous voice and I'm glad he finally got a chance to show it off. BUTTERFLY: I'm not even army but another of my favourite songs and kuanjui and cong were ethereal love them sm. overall I really liked it and both brian and junseo have come a long way since bp!! TOMBOY: no notes devoured every last crumb. like it wasn't my personal favourite but it was Iconic. fun fact: hui used to date one of the former members of g-idle, soojin, and something about him dressed as an e-boy singing his ex's group's song is so funny to me. most importantly MY BABY MY SON GUNWOOK MY BOY. and that's it that's all i have to say. next episode is Long but really fun!!!

For the audience voting there was separate votes for the team itself and the members of said team. After the performance of a team was over the audience would press the A button on the voting devices if the team did good or press the B button if they did bad. After the team vote each member got voted for individually in the same way, so if that specific member did good press A if that person did bad press B. The overall team vote was to determine a winning team from each subsection of performances (vocal and rap, vocal and dance, rap and dance) and each member of the team that won would get the 100,000 points. The individual member votes were just to figure out who would get the 150,000 points for being the best member of the team that won in each subsection. God I hope this makes sense and also that I haven't mixed up the voting system for this round with a different round from this show 💀
