Tbh I don’t think it’s true that Shin Daon didn’t think about Taekyung at all. I think he didn’t contact him because he was scared and when Taekyung confronted him about it he said he didn’t think about it in order to push him away

Honestly i feel really sorry for Daon. He's just a kid who thinks he has to please everyone around him just to feel some semblance of acceptance. I blame mostly his parents but also the teachers who (like the math teacher for example) are more concerned with money and his fathers opinions than with helping this obviously struggling teenager. It seems like Daon doesn't think he has anybody who he can lean on and be truly himself with and like he was pretending to be okay for so long that he doesn't know what else to do anymore. Which is even more sad because he HAS a support system (Namgoong, Shinwoo, Taekyung) but he doesn't see it.
