INPRNT Discount Code

This discount is stackable, so if Inprnt is advertising their own site-wide sale, you can get a double discount on prints! Unfortunately, while Inprnt's promotions sometimes cover all types of prints and merchandise, I believe my personal code does not cover art cards, phone cases, or frames - this is out of my hands, sorry!

The code for May for 15% off is DJY9LM9M ! You can find my shop here!

Personal Updates

I've finally finished off the final bit of book release-related events, so I won't have to scurry around so much this month!! I do have a couple of things in the works, though:

If anyone here is near Alabama's Jefferson county, a couple of prints that I personally framed and matted will be on display in the Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest! They should be up until the end of the month, and they will be available for purchase during that time.

Also, since she's already teased these in her newsletter, I wanted to let you all know that I collaborated on another round of skirt designs with Maya Kern!

Maya's skirts are made using certified ethical labor, come in sizes ranging from XS-8X, have pockets deep enough to hold a Nintendo Switch, and she's recently swapped manufacturers, so the build and print quality are now higher. I'm not totally sure when these specific designs will be available, but you can either join her store newsletter or follow any of her various social media accounts for updates!

I hope you have a great May!!!

Oh pretty, those patterns work nice for skirt designs! By the way, I wanted to comment and throw my thoughts here, cause I finished reading through Grace Needs Space and it was really good... I was totally engrossed! It nailed the vibes of a great slice-of-life story, but was also made so much more interesting with the environments and settings that it took place in. I got a kick out of the playful ways it depicted characters (especially Grace) navigating around in zero gravity. Also I appreciated the thought that was placed into all the facets of how people lived their lives around the space station and colony. Like it all felt totally believable that daily life in a human space colony could function the way that it was portrayed, and it touched on a lot of the little things that you wouldn't think too much about or other sci-fi stories would glaze over. You all did a great job on the book!

This genuinely means so much - thank you for reading it and for taking the time to leave such a kind message! Ben and I both placed a lot of importance on trying to make it feel natural despite the scifi setting so that it would come across as exciting and new without alienating readers (especially kids), so I'm thrilled to hear this!! Thank you so much again, this was a really lovely way to start my day!
