The Governor's offer - 8k (Patreon)

Following on from An Audience with the Governor - 8k 

This one started out as a request from your friend and mine, Jaded Entity, Capt Catherine in a pillory. 

Given a bit of time between the request and the draw, the idea for this is that Capt Catherine is guilty of raiding ships that Governor Sykes has assigned to other pirate captains. However, Governor Sykes doesn't want her top captain to lose face and offers her a hood to conceal her identity during her punishment,
