WIP Wednesday! (Patreon)

This covers three bases: it is a WIP, and it is going to be a Patreon-Only Original Comic (POOC), and it is also an Empires original comic! 

So I guess it is a WIPOOCEmp. Or an EmpPOOCWIP. 

"Empoocwip" sounds like some sort of cryptid beast that lives in the far north of Yukon territory or something.

But yes, I am finally going to do a Patreon-only comic; it'll be a short (4-panel)  Empires comedy piece, and it is in progress. 

He doesn't have arms because this is going to be a simple piece in which primarily the arms move and the facial expressions change, but otherwise it is a guy giving a presentation at a podium.
