Without spoiling it, the events of episode 14 were SO MUCH FUN!!! It got way more complicated than I was expecting and made for such good drama.

Also genuinely would adore some feedback on the aesthetic of this video. I'm trying to work with the sign on and I just bought a new camera so I've filmed this video with the background more out of focus (I'm closer to the camera). Ignore the brightness of this video, I accidentally had the iso way up. Thanks Marshmallows!!

Episode 14 for sure goes down in history as one of the greatest episodes on tv ever, it is so funny! I like the setup, even the high iso looks kinda cool tbh, but whenever the sun came through it did become very bright, so maybe just a little less power on the iso, but it does look nice with the brightness since your furniture and walls are white/bright, it works well :)

Rhetorical Thrill

The One Where Everybody Finds Out is almost universally considered the best episode of the series and it's easy to see why! From "Ugly Naked Guy's putting stuff in boxes" to "GET OFF MY SISTER," every line is gold. Everyone is at their best, and the A and B story tie together just perfectly, plus a cute goodbye to Ugly Naked Guy 🤣 Check Youtube for the deleted scene with Ross hanging out with Ugly Naked Guy, it's short but so funny, I wish they'd kept it in!

I just adore Monica and chandler. I love how he knows how to talk to her and calm her down. I feel so bad for Phoebe and her whole storyline with her family. Been waiting for this one! I love it so much, it’s brilliant. One of my favorite friends episodes ever. I love phoebes reaction, I can’t decide which is my favorite hers or Joeys. his stunned expression or her 😳"MY EYES!" 🤣 The deceleration of love from Chandler is just so sweet 🥹. Cutest couple ever.

What’s funny is that nowadays a lot of men do carry some kind of tote briefcase with longer straps to wear across their shoulder for their laptop etc. When Matt LeBlanc was supposed to unhook Phoebe’s blouse, it was only supposed to be one hook just to show a small part of the bra, but the blouse opened up more than planned. You can see the surprise initially on Lisa Kudrow’s face when her entire bra is exposed, but she jumped right back into character to continue. Also. Originally the Monica and Chandler storyline wasn’t supposed to last. They were initially just going to spend a few episodes of this season getting laughs of them sneaking around and then things would end, but in the episode from London when Monica is revealed in Chandler’s bed, the live audience cheered for several minutes and the show creators decided to continue the storyline for a bit longer. Such a great episode in the series. In my opinion, the show just gets better and better.

I love this episode so much, but my only quibble is that Phoebe refers to this as her first kiss with Chandler. When in reality, he kissed her and Rachel when he accidentally kissed Monica in front of them and had to keep it from them. [Ep 5x2] She even said "It felt French"

Yes, please do turn down the brightness, my eyes couldn't handle it at all. At some point I just had to listen and not watch. Love these episodes though...PEAK Friends!

TOW Everybody Finds Out is one of the top episodes of the entire series for me. It's hilarious and so well done. At the reunion they did a kind of a recreation/table read of the scene where Phoebe finds out (which I highly recommend you watch after you finish the show). "They don't know that we know they know we know!" is one of my favourite lines too. 😂 Bob Balaban who plays Phoebe's father starred alongside Matthew Perry and Neve Campbell in a rom-com called Three to Tango from 1999 (same year as this).

Thanks for answering Oscar. Imagine I did lower on my side but probably my laptop is old and didn't totally get there. I usually have light issues with my eyes so its probably a singular issue to me and not the others but no problem.

Can't say it better than others have already done. Ep. 14 is a real jewel in the Friends crown--so witty, clever and funny! Re Ep. 13, I remember hoping that something resembling a relationship would develop between Phoebe and her father. But like most of her family-related stories, it withered and died quickly, possibly because Bob Balaban was such a busy actor and director that his schedule was full. I was similarly disappointed when Phoebe's mother disappeared from the show. Had hopes the weird brother might be a semi-regular, especially considering that Phoebe hatched his babies. Nope. Evil twin Ursula has been her primary family relationship. Sad! You and the sign did look bright and washed out a bit. But the show itself looked fine.

I am an amateur photographer, not a videographer, but I've never been a great fan of the bokeh blur, I feel it's over hyped. Good to see you developing skills, but don't focus on that particular issue too much. 🙄 Bad pun intended

Trivia. Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe} wanted to say the line 'my eyes!' the way Chandler would say it and actually asked Mathew Perry if she could! If you listen, she does use Chandler's intonation.

One of my fave moments is when he shouts that he's in love with Monica 🥹 I tear up everytime. Chandler's growth since s1 with relationships is so great to see. This episode and the episode where it's the guys vs girls trivia game where the girls lose the apartment are HUGE fan fave episodes and high rated ones too.

”TOW Everybody Finds Out” might be the best episode of the entire show (it’s either that or ”TOW the Embryos”, with ”TOW No One’s Ready” taking the bronze). I had a blast rewatching it with your reactions. One of the things that makes it so great is that the entire cast is in the same plotline (even if Ross only comes in at the end). And although Ross isn’t part of the main plotline they gave him a killer b-plot. Rather than deciding they didn’t need to put as much effort into his part, they decided to go all-in with it. It also seems like the cast is having a great time. Major props to Lisa and Matthew, but also to Jennifer for the shriek she lets out when Ross re-enters Ugly Naked Guy’s apartment, and to David for his shriek and the little jump he does. The only thing that doesn’t land 100 % for me is after Chandler declares he’s in love with Monica (that part I love), and he goes ”that’s right, I love her, I love her”. I don’t know, the writing just feels a bit too fanfiction for me. But it’s a small gripe within a phenomenal episode.
