Updated Patreon Tier (Patreon)

Hello dear patrons I updated the tier to include the NSFW Comic in the 3$ I am debating wether or not I create a lower tier for SFW supporters who wants to access my SFW Comics without the need to see the NSFW! Tell me what you think ^^
