I'm building a new pc iminently (should be done by the 24th) so i've been doing a lot of reasearch, prices comparison, investigation about 4090s cables and connectors melting, i9 14900K issues, PSU wattage required... to decide on what i needed to be able to render the tifa project as i work on it. it's all finally purchased and i just gotta wait for all to came here. so to prevent me from going nuts and starting a new project i might be making some still renders this week. they're fun and allow me to obsess on little details i usually don't add, like sweat dropplets, working on better lighting etc.

I still want to record a tutorial this month but i got no clue what to record so feel free to drop me any suggestions for tutorials :3

Blender file and 4K render in their respective archives :3

For the 4090 specifically you can get an all in one cable that removes that worry as it was the 3 prong connector adapter that caused the issues. The all in one cable is just a single plug that connects to the GPU then the 3 plugs for the PSU. Most GPUs come with that now that it has become the standard. You can also reach out to your PSU manufacture if it doesn't automatically come with one and they should be able to send you one. I was able to order one for my 4080 Ti. I was incredibly worried about that issue. Obviously not on the same level as a 4090 but still. After all my research I found out that the all in one cable is rated to much higher level that even 3 separate cables. I hope this helps. Also always happy to see more Neytiri. Fantastic work as always my dude!
