Well, since i got no experience in making really long stuff, i thought that i should really consider having some kind of organisation, so basically this is what i've been working on:
A master file with all the key poses what would be involved in the final animation. like a storyboard. then i can re-use this file to build every single scene and file :3

I still gotta think of the timing of the whole thing but so far i think that aside the intro ones it would be arround 2-3 minutes of action per pose on average. and so far i've only blocked out the first half, before tifa awakens and tames Steve. 

Aside from that, to tackle the rendering of this massive thing, i decided that it would be best to release it in small chunks, like scenes. so i can give you a proper render of the tifa animation once a month at least :3 and then once it's all done it'll be just a matter of rcombining it all together :3

I like releasing it in episodes. It both allows you and us to feel a sense of progress until the whole thing is done, then it can all be put together. Also, I don’t doubt rendering the entire thing in one go would take a NASA supercomputer
