Our Dog Days of August poll winner via tie-breaking randomizer was Roxanne!

Seems Roxanne's head was a bit too high in the clouds while thinking about Max on her way home from school; otherwise she'd realize she had wandered into the city in a construction zone, where a freshly (and rather deeply) laid patch of wet cement waited for her.  Nobody else but her could stumble right into the deep sludge, going from being on the open road to being firmly in it, and after today, she won't be able to stand out of it anytime soon ;D
