Made and tested with Blender 4.0.2, it will not work with older versions of Blender and it was not tested with Blender 4.1. You will need Diffeomorphic 1.7.3 and the MHX addon enabled.

I'm finally releasing my male model as a standalone .blend file, I decided to implement the MustardUI addon to control pretty much everything about the model, you will need it installed. I've used the 0.30.3 version, which is the current version for Blender 4.0, it may or may not have some errors with future updates.

You can customize the body with the UI addon, if you hover over an option it will give you a brief explanation, I'd recommend you to turn down the Multires level to 1 or 2 if you are experiencing long render times. To control the size of the penis use the shape keys under the body mesh, or disable the Penis IK and scale down each bone individually, there's a ton of customization:
